Our maintenance department would service all repair works for residential and commercial properties such as roof repairs, colorbond and tile roofs. Some rectification works like cavity flashing repairs and weep hole replacement, small concrete repairs, gyprock and drywall repair work and replacement. Some structural works like floor frame, wall frame and roof frame repair work and straightening and leveling (timber). Construction works including cement block core filling and fire door jamb cement filling. We also provide outdoor maintenance services like roof gutter replacement and repairing.
